Before learning, before cooking, during a private lesson, share with Chef François ALEIME how to follow these simple steps in order to adjust yourself to the products. This is the true and simple way for a pure culinary inspiration.

Then take your time to discover and enjoy how to cook these genuine and seasonal gifts of Provence, grown with passionate care in local organic farms.

You will prepare the recipe by yourself “hands on”, and :

           receive answer for every question asked to the Chef,

           take notes,

           make pictures,

           get printed original recipes,

while drinking a glass of Côtes du Rhône, or a cup of lavender flower tea.

Then, you will share your dinner with your hosts, (where the lessons will take place) and also with the Chef if you chose this option.

With a lesson of such high authenticity and professionalism you will get much more than expected and have really “hands on” as apposed to many other cooking lessons where the minimum of participants is 8 persons and the cost much more expensive !…

To guarantee this atmosphere, the Chef gives only master’s class for a couple, exceptionally for 3 or 4 privileged guests. An experience which will change your approach of gastronomy and nutrition.
